Nithyatha
Nithyatha was built to commemorate the memory of Dr. GV, founder of Aravind Eye Care System. The building relies totally on natural cross ventilation for comfort and does not have air-conditioning nor fans. and is lit by natural light during the day. The stone used is quarried from the site. The roof is designed to take solar voltaic cells in future.
